If HyperNotch isn't right for you, we'll refund your purchase in full.

7-day money-back guarantee

Email us within 7 days of buying HyperNotch and we'll refund the full price you paid, including tax. You don't need a reason.

How to ask

1. Email info@loopbreak.io from the address you used to buy, with “Refund” in the subject.
2. If you have it, include your order number from the Polar receipt. It helps us find your purchase quickly.
3. We'll confirm by email, usually within two business days, and start the refund.

What happens next

• Polar, our merchant of record, processes the refund to the payment method you used. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• A refunded license is revoked. After that, HyperNotch no longer runs as licensed, and you can delete the app.

After 7 days

Our guarantee covers the first 7 days. After that, you're welcome to write to us if something is wrong, and we'll do our best to fix it or make it right. Polar can also refund an order at its own discretion within 60 days of purchase.

Payment problems

If you were charged more than once or see a charge you don't recognize, email us first. We can usually fix it faster than your bank can. Your receipt from Polar shows the name on your statement.
